Job Summary :

- Job aspirant must have over 15+ years of experience as a P&L Head for a leading financial product in the Financial Risk Management or Analytics domain or Commodity Industry, who ensures that the financial product meets its sales goals by creating effective strategies, consistently monitoring sales performance, and taking corrective actions as needed.

- Shows a strong understanding of the Consulting sector, including financial technology products, services, and industry trends, as well as the ability to identify and enter new markets.

- Skillfully manage product sales operations, including tasks like pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting. Incumbent must have experience in global sales exposure in line with financial products sales.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy :

- Incumbent must drive revenue growth, program management, and implementation of various organization- level initiatives within the business along with the responsibility of its P&L

- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to drive product sales.

- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyses data, and implement strategies to achieve annual revenue goals.

- This includes gathering competitive information on products and services and sharing this information with product development, marketing, customer service, and executive teams.

Sales Leadership :

- Responsible for highlighting the worth and advantages of our groundbreaking solutions, attending to client requirements, and optimizing revenue possibilities.

- Accountable to achieve revenue targets & profitability encompassing both current clientele and new customer acquisition.

- Oversees the contract negotiation procedure with client(s) to secure profitable results.

- Recognizes additional revenue prospects and contributes to pursuit endeavours.

- Proven ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, set clear objectives, and drive results.

- Champion the client's agreement to purchase through the order, design, and implementation phases. During this process interface with, and as needed, give direction to other departments within TransRisk to ensure customer satisfaction with the services provided.

- Develop trusted partner relationships with all customers to retain and grow revenues over time

Must have work Experience :

- 15+ years of experience as a P&L Head ensuring customer facing Business-to-Business Client Acquisition Experience.

- Incumbent with Global sales exposure would be a plus

- Proficiency in sales within the Financial Product/ Fintech sector / Analytics with a focus on selling Financial Risk solutions to varied industrial domains

- Experience in enterprise-level sales within the Fintech/ BFSI/ Financial products sector, including managing relationships with Business Heads/CXO-level executives

- Proficiency in creating and executing sales training initiatives aimed at improving the skills and knowledge of the existing sales team.

- Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the fintech industry

Key Skills needed :

- Candidate should have excellent knowledge in Excel techniques like Pivot Table, Charts, Data Validation, Lookup, Subtotals, Sumif, Countif, Index, Match, Conditional formatting to prepare reports.

- Candidate should be able to understand business objective of preparing reports

- Candidate with Basic knowledge of Graphs & Charts.

- Minimum work experience of 2-4 years of experience in Dealing as a short term trader/ arbitrage trader/ dealer is must have.

- Candidate with an eye for detail, Self-driven and timeline oriented is necessary.
