Shopify Program Manager

- Seeking an experienced Shopify Program Manager to lead and oversee the development and optimization of our direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand's e-commerce platform.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of our Shopify platform, including strategy, design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- E-commerce Strategy Development: Craft and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the brand's goals.

- Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and implementation of Shopify projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.

- Platform Optimization: Continuously analyse and optimize the site for improved user experience, conversion rates, and performance.

- Technical Leadership: Oversee technical aspects of the Shopify platform, including integrations, customizations, and troubleshooting.

- Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners/vendors for seamless project execution.

- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.

- User Experience Design: Ensure the platform delivers an exceptional and consistent brand experience.

- Compliance and Security: Ensure adherence to legal, security, and privacy standards related to e-commerce.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Shopify Program Manager or similar role in e-commerce.

- Strong understanding of Shopify's architecture and its integration with third-party applications.

- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

- Knowledge of web design, UX/UI principles, and SEO best practices.

- Strong understanding of the technology used by Shopify: Liquid, Hydrogen, Shopify Scripts etc.

- Proficiency in analytics tools and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. Relevant experience can be considered in lieu of formal education.
