Transformative - Manager - Content & Quality

If you've ever been accused of being in the grammar police, are a nitpicker, have eagle eyes and are a stickler for details, this job may be for you.

A SME at The Ayurveda Experience, the largest D2C Ayurveda platform in North America, is responsible for final landing page and website quality before it reaches the consumer. You should be able to accurately determine a pass/fail in the consumer journey, ranging from content (grammar and spelling) to pricing and UX.

You should have strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly to the ever-changing requirements of a fast-paced D2C environment. Ultimately, you will be responsible for the accuracy of a multi-million-dollar brand's consumer-facing portals.

Responsibilities:

- Perform quick and in-depth reviews of multiple online landing pages ensuring adherence to our high standards

- Exercise your expert judgment in a range of repetitive tasks, making decisions that impact the consumer journey - from flawless grammar and spelling to precise pricing details

- Ensure assets are error-free before being released to consumers

- Work closely with creative team members to communicate effectively to resolve issues and implement changes

- Take ownership of the accuracy of consumer-facing assets, especially before peak traffic hours

- Have a strong sense of responsibility and ownership, matched with the maturity to handle high-stakes projects

Qualifications

- C1 (or equivalent) proficiency in English

- Not afraid of challenges and hard work, with a dedication to achieving outstanding results

- Ability to perform work duties after normal office hours and on weekends if required

- Experience in Content & Quality check

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience
