Data Analyst

We are looking for a driven Data Analyst to join our fast-growing D2C e-commerce store.

In an exciting new role, you will drive Customer Retention and Lifetime Value by doing deep analyses of various customer touchpoints and identify insights that will drive business decisions.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze large and complex data sets to identify detailed insights at every step of the way

- Develop and implement statistical models and algorithms to support business objectives

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop predictive models and conduct experiments to test hypotheses

- Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders

- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and optimization through data-driven analysis

- Drive online conversion funnels through data insights by working alongside creative teams

- Develop optimal consumer journeys by A/B testing and identifying gaps

- Improve brand reputation through in-depth understanding and analyses of a variety of metrics relevant to customer retention

- Use segmentation and clustering to understand user behavior and preferences

- Conduct cohort analysis to track user behavior

Requirements:

- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in data analytics

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics or Mathematics

- Not afraid of challenges and hard work

- Reliable team player with a sense of ownership

- Attention to detail.

- Good communication skills, a humble and cooperative attitude and lots of hard work are the other expectations of the firm.
