We are looking for a driven Creative Manager to join our exciting, fast-growing e-commerce store. Our ideal candidate is a driven professional with demonstrable Analytical skills and also has a knack for logical problem solving. You should have a willingness to broaden your expertise, and go the extra mile. As a Creative manager for a fast-paced e-commerce, you should be tech-savvy, a critical thinker and problem-solver, and demonstrate a passion for growth and success.
Ultimately, you should be able to assist in overseeing all marketing content to ensure sales, conversions, brand consistency, and a positive customer experience.
Role:
- Manage a team of designers, video editors and producers
- Identify, develop and optimize the brand's visual, written and oral language.
- Create and source content including videos, images, ads and writeups that express the brand's ethos.
- Hire, build and manage a team of designers and copywriters for building brand awareness and equity in global markets.
- Find and manage agencies to create TVCs and other advertising collaterals.
Requirements:
- MBA from Tier1/2 institute is a MUST
- Graduation with Design/creative field is preferred
- 5+ years of exp with D2C/B2C brands or Ad Agencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills
- Leadership Skills - Ability to build, manage and scale a significant team.
