Transformative - Catalog Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong sense of responsibility and a love for detail to ensure our D2C ecommerce website is always in perfect shape for our consumers.

In this role, you take responsibility for the accuracy and optimization of the catalog, which is visited by millions of consumers annually.

A strong sense of responsibility and ownership, a love for detail, and impeccable English are the key requirements for this role.

Responsibilities:

- Update product information on catalog and landing pages to ensure consumers see the most optimized and relevant information to make their purchasing decisions

- Work with internal teams and take ownership of the catalog to ensure accuracy so advertising dollars are well spent

- Maintain records of changes to document historical data and identify changes in performance

- Monitor inventory levels

- Work with internal teams to successfully and accurately launch new products

- Occasional hours outside of regular working hours to cater to USA sale & promotion timings

- Create new or modify existing processes to improve the productivity, TAT, efficiency, and accuracy of the Catalog operation

- Conduct in-depth research and optimize your catalog for high conversion rates

- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure accuracy

Background:

- Since our D2C website caters to foreign English-speaking markets, an educational background in - English, Mass Communication or Journalism is preferred

- Excellent proficiency in English language: you rarely miss spelling or grammar errors

- Experience with ecommerce is preferred

- Reliable team player with a sense of ownership and responsibility

- Willingness to grow in a fast-paced environment

- Not afraid of challenges and hard work
