Transformative - Business Analyst - Customer Retention Domain

We are looking for a driven Business Analyst to join our fast-growing e-commerce store.

You will assist the Consumer Experience & Retention teams to analyze relevant data for various marketing channels such as online conversion rate, email marketing, sms marketing, mobile app marketing and customer retention and lifetime value optimization. You will work in a creative team that develops assets for our online store, and will analyze the performance of those assets in detail, crunch the numbers, and optimize them in order to drive and scale campaigns.

Responsibilities:

- Dive deep into data & analytics to identify room for optimization at every step of the way

- Work alongside branding & marketing teams to develop new email, SMS and push notification campaigns based on previous findings and opportunities

- Drive online conversion funnels through data insights by working alongside creative teams

- Develop optimal consumer journeys by A/B testing and identifying gaps

- Improve brand reputation through in-depth understanding and analyses of a variety of metrics relevant to consumer relationship building

- Take control and ownership of projects to contribute to success

- Create analytical models to generate better performance

- Evaluate various marketing strategies and creating an alternative path for better results

- Work alongside copywriters, UI/UX designers, graphic designers, and team members from other department to create and deliver assets

Qualifications:

- MBA from Tier 1/2 is a MUST

- 1+ years of experience in a Analyzing Large Customer Data

- Experience in Campaigns management
