The India organisations performance has been promising and the need has risen to bring in a senior HR leader who has:   a. Strategic Human Resources experience  b. Build a performance driven culture  c. Align global practices and build a motivated team force.   Ideal Candidate:   We dont have any gender bias and are considering a candidate with around 15 - 20 years of post MBA experience, with some background in strategic human resources, employee engagement practice and performance building culture.
