Transformation Testing Professional

Objective --

This is a key position within the testing organization, supporting the Transformation initiative of testing practice.

This position requires a dynamic and experienced leader who is a testing SME, transformation and change management lead. The key objective of this position is to facilitate and drive dramatic improvement in the client environments. Key to success in this position is the ability to work within the organization at all levels creating value and buy-in as the transformation lead and change facilitator

Primary Expectations:

- This role will be responsible for driving, managing and facilitating the testing transformation initiatives and strategy across multiple accounts and locations

- The role also will demand partnering with various stakeholders e.g. Account teams, clients, testing practice for identification of transformation opportunities, provide testing SME knowledge in designing the roadmap and drive the change in line with the overall transformation strategy of Capgemini Testing practice

- This roles to continuously strive to eliminate waste, improve existing process, customer satisfaction bring in new technologies, and thought leadership to the engagements.

- This role also needs to interact with various testing CoE's to ensure all the transformation initiatives are industrialized once the initial pilots are done.

- The transformation lead will operate on Build Operate and Transfer (to Testing CoE) model before moving on to next assignment

Must Have Skills:

- 10+ years experience in testing - Engineering / MBA degree any specialization in statistics is a plus

- Minimum 2-3 years experience as Transformation Agent / Lead

- Willing to hands on role

- Technical SME requirements (Consider each one as individual reqmt. anyone is a Must.. combination is most welcome - )

- Test Automation 5+ years of experience in leading large Test Automation engagements would have written white papers/ blogs / Point of View on Test Automation Maturity / Frameworks Experience in multiple tool sets Automation experience not limited to front end UI automation

- Performance Testing 5+ years of experience in leading large Performance Testing / Engineering engagements would have written white papers/ blogs / Point of View on Performance Testing Maturity / Frameworks Experience in multiple tool sets Strong experience with Performance Engineering Nice to have any statistical experience

- Test Environment management Specialist 5+ years of experience in setting up, managing and monitoring Test environments Experience across multiple technologies Mainframe. Distributed, (Experience with Cloud will be a Plus) Experience in Continuous integration environment with knowledge on Config+ Build+ Release management is a plus.

Any experience with Test data management tools / strategy will be added advantage

Soft Skills:

- Results based Leadership style skill set with strong impact and influencing skills

- Tenacity and energy in leading change towards an effective work environment.

- Ability to communicate effectively to direct and motivate team and others, maintaining a persuasive and credible presentation style at all levels of the organization.

- Strong analytical skills

- Proven ability in strategy development, program implementation, team building, mentoring and planning

- Progressive, flexible and team oriented person required.
