Transformation & Strategy Role - Bank

POSITION PURPOSE:

- Strategy and Transformation team works on large scale transformations & projects having organization wide impact. The team actively leads, manages and deliver high impact cross functional projects which creates value for the organization.

The role encompasses the following but not limited to:

- Leading select Projects identified with business functions. Project conception - Identify product improvement opportunities by studying external and internal drivers

- Project initiation - Prepare a business case for Product launch/modification

- Own Delivery: Ensures timely delivery of projects, within budget and meeting agreed objectives.

- This role would be responsible for driving transformational projects across Liabilities functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engagement with various units/stakeholders to collect, review, design, validates & automate processes. Responsible for recommending change with required controls wherever required.

- Own end-to-end delivery cycle which includes requirement gathering and articulation, implementation management and PMO, commercialisation and monitoring.

- Monitoring and publish Project Management Dashboards / reports for Senior management and other decision-making groups

Preferred:

- Identify gaps in existing product journeys both in assisted and DIY

- Solve for new product journeys using first principles and articulate benefits preferably in a measurable format

- Articulate in un-ambiguous language the requirements for Engineering team to develop

- Run the PMO for all new and existing products

- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills

- Somebody with relevant experience from BIG4 will also help.
