Transformation Manager

- Drive the transformation of overall business

- To build a strong team, working across disciplines and levels to influence and deliver transformation strategy

- To lead the team whom support all due diligence activity and define and implement 30/60/90 day improvement plans for all newly transitioned processes.

- To design, develop and where necessary, implement effective accessible Business Improvement strategies, approaches, tools and techniques, including All Ideas Matter and Continuous Improvement plans.

- To guide and mentor permanent and interim members of the programme team

- To report to senior executives on progress against Programme plans and to be the senior escalation point for managing risks and issues throughout

- To build a team of competent and highly motivated change agents who will champion and manage the change agenda

- To demonstrate a proven ability to build and maintain long term stakeholder support, especially through change and uncertainty.

- To manage ambiguity and lead the team confidently through uncertainty

- Trained and experienced in: Process Management, Quality Management, Change Management, Consultancy, Relationship Management, Team Building/Inspirational Leadership, as appropriate to the role.

- A clear understanding of business strategy and programme management at a very high level.

- Extensive experience gained at a senior level in a commercial environment with a proven track record of delivery in a similar role

- Business Process Management, design and implementation.

- Excellent understanding in the development and use of analytical tools, techniques and behaviours.

- Exceptional communications skills with the ability to translate complex analytical statements into credible and stimulating presentations.

Experience in telecom domain is a must.
