Transformation Leader - BFSI

- IT products/services experience for min 15 years in large/medium enterprise. Should have established or part of Offshore development center at India

- Excellent change management skills including ability to influence senior and other critical stakeholders

- High energy, self-starter with excellent program management skills and very strong, demonstrated execution capability

- Exposure to Process standardization and Technology leverage for large scale ups

- Financial acumen and understanding of Operational metrics

- Service Delivery experience and understanding of IT Infrastructure for large scale operations desirable.
