Transformation Lead - Shared Services/Strategy Consulting - Food Production & Processing Firm (7-14 yrs)

We are looking out for a transformation leader with 7+ years of relevant professional experience in driving global transformation initiatives.

You will possess strong competence in driving global projects covering transitions, automation, new technology introductions, process improvements, etc.

Responsibilities :

1) Driving end-to-end process transformation initiatives, process evaluations, tech integration/introductions, performance improvement, and cost reduction/optimization projects.

2) Leading due diligence exercises for businesses to identify target state solutions, key benefits, business cases, etc.

3) Identifying risk avenues and developing mitigation plans with relevant stakeholders.

4) Creating detailed integration plans for the projects.

5) Designing and managing the governance programs as per the organizational guidelines.

Requirements:

1) Graduation/Post-graduation from a top-tier institute with 7+ years of relevant professional experience preferably in the agribusiness/commodity trading industry.

2) Prior experience in managing global transitions, automation, tech integration, or process improvement initiatives.

3) Understanding of shared services operating models.

4) Strong communication, presentation as well as articulation skills.
