Transformation Lead - Media & Information System - BPO

Experience : 10-120 years

Education : Engineer / MBA / MCA

Location : Bangalore

Purpose of the Role :

- Lead all transformation activities for the key account so as to achieve account transformation goals

- Lead the transformation COE for the key account and assure that team members deliver needful on time

- Program manage transformation projects for the account and ensure success of the same

Knowledge & Experience :

Business Understanding : Knowledge of publishing industry and BPS

- Domain knowledge

- Consulting experience

- Process improvement / Lean Six Sigma knowledge and deployment experience

- Knowledge of technology used in the M&IS domain with deployment

Deep industry knowledge :

- Knowledge of project management principles and practices, thorough understanding and knowledge of publishing industry

- Hands on knowledge of at least one process improvement methodology such as Lean / Six Sigma / Balanced Scorecard / TQM / TOC etc

- Good functional knowledge of IT applications and tools
