Job Description : - 12 to 15 years of experience. Setting up Shared Service/Automation Lead Delivery Models. - Strong technology background. In Infrastructure, security, networking and cloud/App migrations - Should have at least 5+ years of experience in techno managerial roles - Should have played the role of delivery owner for transformational programs such as application, database, infrastructure, Sap migration to Cloud/IaaS projects - With an attitude of Customer Success comes first - Should have Experience in defining and implementing in delivery best practices for large set of transformational projects/programs as described above - Experience in setting up migration factory will be a HUGE plus - Should have worked in matrix organisation and great conflict management skills - Should have Growth Mindset Responsibilities : - Single point of ownership /Accountability for the success of all the Cloud Transformation programs that are running in Digital Infrastructure Practice - Responsible and accountable for internal, customer governance - Responsible for creating Migration Factory - Should efficiently forecast, acquire the required skills/talent to run these programs - Responsible to customer ensure that all the programs run without cost/time overrun - Responsible for bringing in industry best practices - Responsible for high customer satisfaction - This role reports into Global Practice Head
