About our Client - Our client is one of largest players in the consumer durable industry having a portfolio of diversified products. They have a global footprint and have established themselves in more than 50 countries. They are currently looking for a transformation consultant to focus on end to end process transformation.

Job Description - Reporting to the Director Strategy, you will be responsible for:

- Driving the transformation work stream in order to develop best practice processes for the business

- Applying End2End approach to ensure global plan realization

- Bringing in tools to support the diagnosis,design and optimization from other transformations

- Performing analysis and creating transparency on performance improvements possible within the work stream

The Successful Candidate - You will be a MBA from one of the top tier business schools, with at least years of experience in the marketing / brand space. You must be from the FMCG / FMCD industry. You should have in an internal/ external consulting role. A person with exposure to process and product transformation will be preferred. You should have the ability to work in cross functional teams.
