Transformation Lead -Retail Asset

- Design, develop and delivery of feasible operating model

- Functional scoping and bench marking

- Agree upon timelines, milestones and pilot scoping / success criteria

- Conduct pilots in control groups and extended pilots

- Design and develop execution cook book to support rapid scale up by BAU teams

- Setup trouble shooting methodologies and handover to BAU teams

Team :- will be having Pilot Managers based on the geography to handle the operations.

Experience in lending, collections, customer life cycle management in Indian NBFC / Banking
