About FPA:
Financial Planning and Analysis part of FIND (Finance Division) in SGGSC is mainly involved in Expense monitoring and Closing , Pre and Post expense closure anlaysis , Headcount reporting , Management reporting / preparation of dashboards to senior management, Budget preparation, Net Banking Income closing and Transfer pricing
Key Responsibilities / Deliverables:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Management of the transfer pricing team in Bangalore providing services to all the entities worldwide
- Execute transfer pricing computations based on the norms communicated by head office
- Implement controls to ensure 100% accuracy of all computations
- Qualitative reporting on Cost and Net Banking Income retrocession
- Inter Entity Reconciliation for all entities world wide
- Clarify and respond to the queries of all financial controllers / CFOs
- Maintain proper audit trial and documentation to eliminate all risks (financial, operational and legal)
- Secure good audit results in both Internal and Statutory audit
- Active participation in projects related / affiliated to transfer pricing
- Client / Stakeholder management
- People Management
Must Have Skill(s) with minimum Years of Experience:
- 7-9 Years of overall experience
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Transfer pricing domain
Desired Skill(s):
- Strong Accounting knowledge
- Working knowledge of other Reporting tools like Essbase, etc. ( Expertise preferred)
- Experience in Banking industry, Good understanding of cost allocation process, Inter-entity reconciliations
- Should have understanding about industry best practices on Transfer Pricing
- Thorough knowledge of MS office - Excel, Word, PPT Excellent written and verbal communication skills
