Job Description

As Transfer pricing professional, you would be responsible for:

- Transfer Pricing Planning & Structuring: Setting up the pricing policy and the business models for overseas related party transactions of clients.

- Transfer Pricing Documentation: Identification of the international transactions entered into by group entities and preparation of Form 3CEB based on the same

- Handling TP Assessments

- Preparing Submission before CIT (Appeals) & Income Tax Appellate Tribunal related to Transfer Pricing

- Handle Mutual Agreement Application wrt Transfer Pricing

- The work profile involves handling assignments from sectors like Banking, Financial Services

Desired Candidate Profile

Education :CA / ICWA / CS / MBA / PGDM – Finance

- MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant / Economics background.

- Min 3+ years of experience

- Extensive knowledge in using MS Office applications.

- Excellent oral & written communication skills
