Job Description :

- Responsible for all the on going projects - JV and in-house.

- Preparation and monitoring of Business Plan.

- To prepare & finalize project budget.

- Monitoring Budget spends.

- Rate analysis and vendor development to get the most competitive rates for every contract to be allotted. Recommend the most cost efficient one for the project.

- Manage Procurement related to construction works.

- Conduct Value engineering exercise & suggest possible cost saving measure for project.

- Review and validate Certified Bills of the Contractor.

- Generation and analysis of Weekly / Monthly MIS reports and an executive summary and report on trends and concern areas.

- Participate in every single meeting with the potential vendors, and also be instrumental in creating a tender document for any particular assignment to be offered.

- Develop and create a team for this function.
