Transcon Developers - Manager - Liaison - Architect

- Analyse buildings / properties codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural designs.

- Coordination with the Design Architects / Consultants - from Design, briefing through execution. End to end coordinate between the Execution Department and consultants.

- Verifying areas and designs as per stander norms / by-laws.

- Responsible for regulations related to Land acquisition. Maintaining land and revenue record documents.

- Drafting, interpreting, executing and reviewing different types of legal documents/ agreements pertaining to Land acquisition.

- Organize documents and reports for the internal and external agencies as needed.

- Experience for projects in Suburban areas would be an advantage.
