Job Profile :
Essential Functions & Key responsibilities :
Project Management :
- Actively involved in one particular project, on site, and understand workings of all departments at site.
- Take daily information on site sales, marketing, HR, finance, construction, operations with the agenda of giving information for the largest shareholder of the project.
- Work with individual departments to see if there are any gaps which affects productivity /performance and thus slip ups in the targets..
- Ensure that there are weekly site meetings; create agendas for the same and follow up to ensure that decisions taken in the previous weekly meeting has been effectively implemented at the site.
- Perform the role of a catalyst to ensure free flow and timely information between site and HO.
- Other than the above, sit for all meetings of all departments at site, viz sales, marketing, finance, HR, Admn, etc so as to be completely hands-on.
Planning and execution of fundraising activities :
- Valuations, due diligence, fund raising, transaction structuring, definitive documentation and asset management
- Financial Modelling/Analysis including financial modelling, cash flow analysis, financial analysis
- Experience of working in complex fund raising/JV/JD Structure
- Negotiation/Due Diligence - Ability to pursue transactions/financial documents
Project Feasibility Analysis :
- Prepare a Project Financial Feasibility study which involves the calculation of project
- IRR and cash flow analysis.
- Conduct a preliminary feasibility study consisting of financial and technical aspects for every project which involves :
Coordination and collation of data from the concerned department.
- Preparation of the Project Review Note such that it facilitates decision making for the top management.
- Presentation of the report to management.
- MIS Management and coordination:
- Create a system for information flow amongst all departments at site, and also from the site to the Head Office
- Report the gaps to the HO in a pre-designed format, so that it can be taken up by the HO in the weekly site meetings.
- Analyse the MIS taken from the site and recommend corrective actions to the HO.
Qualification & Experience :
CA / MBA Finance with minimum 5 to 8 years of experience.
Skills / Abilities :
Communication : Extremely focused, with excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic Thinker : Able to grasp strategic objectives and a vision for growth, including the functional demands of the organization.
Creative: Ability to think - out of the box- coupled with a desire to learn and develop innovative strategies to accomplish objectives.
Transparent/Integrity : Transparent, confident and possesses a healthy - in check- ego with a strong work ethic, unquestioned integrity, and teamwork approach.
