1. Understand the organizational approach and accordingly design Strategy, Systems and Processes.

2. Prepare CSR Policy / Budget relevant for the business.

3. Providing strategic inputs to the Leadership team on CSR.

4. Carry out Need and Impact assessment.

5. Responsible for seamless implementation of CSR programs.

6. Network with NGOs for project implementation.

7. Prepare content for internal & external communications about CSR.

8. Monitor & Document of the Programs.

9. Liasoning with Government Organisations / NGOs / Stakeholders.

10. Take Existing CSR initiatives to the next level
