- Achieving the Budgeted Sales Targets

- To launch HPLC instrument for Diabetes in the region

- Devising marketing tools to increase penetration.

- Conducting Institutional CMEs

- To launch HPLC instrument for Diabetes in the region

- Identify reference sites in the region for installation

- Conduct demo for lead qualified customers

- Ensuring profitability of new product deliverable

- Launching customer oriented campaigns to push secondary sales

- Conducting training at Divisional levels

- Timely training and technical support to sales team to penetrate new accounts

- Working with application team for smooth functioning of product in the field and troubleshooting

- Product Inventory Planning

- Liquidation of short expiry products to ensure minimal write offs

- Preparation of Marketing Tools such as Emailers, Mailers, Brochures, Pamplets, Technical Bulletins etc

- Field evaluation of products which are developed by R&D
