- Delivering and reviewing high-quality, IT DD transaction reports and other M&A work products.

- Excellent transaction report writing skills and participate in client meetings and interviews.

- Ability to condense large amounts of technical information into an easy to read non-technical transaction business report highlighting the salient points with supporting cost and benchmark data.

- Provide deep insights on IT aspects of deals that are relevant and valued by clients and readers of the ITDD reports

- Drawing on knowledge and experience across all aspects of IT in business, providing insightful, deal-relevant points of view and recommendations based on robust analysis.

- Analysis and data mapping skills including depicting and commenting on IT cost trends, the strengths and weaknesses of IT product and support systems and supplier relationships.

- Research and analysis of IT information including IT cost data, IT contracts and IT qualitative information - including a broad and deep understanding of core aspects of a typical IT function, including architecture, strategy, service delivery, infrastructure, applications and IT financials.

- Assist the senior members of the practice on pursuits and pitches, including preparation of presentations for client meetings and RFP responses. Contribute to practice development initiatives, supporting the continued focus on our team as a great place to work

- Working on IT integrations and separations projects, project managing IT work stream, preparing Day 1 / 100-day plan, identifying IT synergies/ one-off/ ongoing costs either within a larger team or as an advisor on smaller engagements.

- Addressing complex technical risks and issues with senior client staff and manage key client relationships and expectations.

- Interfacing with senior external client stakeholders at executive level, e.g. Private equity directors and CxOs, and internal stakeholders, e.g. Partners and Directors.

Qualifications

We would expect you to have some or all of the following:

- Minimum of 6-8 years of work experience. Preferred experience in Big-4 management consulting in IT advisory / Transformation SSL or within Consulting BU of an IT Services firm or with M&A boutique consulting firms;

- Academically must have Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with graduate degree in technical stream such as BE / B.Tech or in similar technical areas

- Must have experience of working on Private equity and corporate transactions, ideally in performing IT DD assignments;

- Should have an understanding of the M&A lifecycle and preferred to have experience on post-merger integration/ separation while preparing detailed presentations and plan for Day 1, 100 day and successful cut-over;

- Knowledge of IT project and development processes, tools, systems and methods; Experience and knowledge of IT Strategy, IT architectures and new IT trends / innovations, E.g. data science, analytics, REST API, and Cloud/ SaaS.

- Broad understanding of the IT Infrastructure, Hosting, BCP/DR and Cyber Security

- Preferable experience of working or should have knowledge of business applications such as ERP (SAP, Oracle EBS etc.), HRMS etc. with broad understanding corporate functions such as HR, Supply chain, manufacturing, procurement etc.

- Working within small and large project teams of made up of client and internal staff;
