Transaction Services - CA - Big4

An exciting opportunity for Transaction Services professionals with one of the BIG 4.

Experience:

- 2-5 years post qualification -Transaction Services (Due Diligence), a minimum of 1-2 years should be in a statutory audit environment (preferably from a Big 4 firm)

Qualifications:

- CA (maximum 3 attempts)

- Additional qualification such as ICWA/CS would be an added advantage

Roles and responsibilities:

- A collaborative team member, capable of executing the assigned work with minimal guidance

- Able to take lead on the assignments when required / display leadership skills

- Discussing observations and effectively closing the loop with Target companies / clients

- Writing due diligence reports/preparing management presentations

- Facing external clients (both domestic and international) in a challenging working environment

- Supporting seniors in business development and marketing

- Assisting the Firm in internal initiatives

- Coach junior team members, encourage technical excellence and learning

Essential skills:

- Good academic record

- Good interpersonal skills

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and report writing skills

- Exceptionally strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- In-depth knowledge of the Indian GAAP. Knowledge of IFRS would be an added advantage

- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Should be open to frequent travel, both within India and overseas
