Transaction Services Associate

Performs due diligence for buyers and sellers on middle-market companies in a variety of industries. Such services include assessment of recurring earnings, analysis of key revenue and cost drivers, and identifying balance sheet exposures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Seniors, Managers and Partners in conducting financial due diligence on middle-market companies in a variety of industries.

- Conduct analytical reviews of data and prepare findings.

- Create draft reports for management review.

- Experience in data reporting, management and Databooks.

- Research issues that arise during the course of engagement.

Qualification And Experience:

- CA or CPA with Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Transaction Advisory Services or Assurance or related field.

- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.

- Creative problem solving, critical thinking and research skills.

- Highly motivated and takes initiative for professional growth and development.

- Outstanding organization and project management skills.

- Ability to take direction, and exercise sound judgment, tact and diplomacy.

- Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.

- Able to handle multiple priorities, tasks and simultaneous projects.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
