Job Role  Service quality Head reporting to Head of US healthcare Operations .  Role is spear head the Service quality function completely for a Critical complex US healthcare operations spreading across multiple locations in India and having strong scalability plans as well. Provide excellent leadership support in Framing work direction & plan for the QAs/QTLs/QAMs after thorough assessment of their capabilities, Setting up targets, SOP & SLA, setting and maintaining CTQ (Critical to Quality) / CTP (Critical to Process) targets and involved in planning for the process  Conducting internal process/fraud audits & process reviews for ensuring strict adherence to the process. Drive Customer Experience initiatives to achieve NPS, C-Sat & Repeat results.  Drive Process improvement initiatives to reduce NVAs in the laid down processes & make it robust through six sigma methods and tools. Create and implement performance driven process with KPIs benchmarking  Drive Benchmarking and Best Practice sharing initiatives across the organization.  Drive Compliance to SOPs as per COPC standards & take complete accountability to issue, review and close actions (CAPA) against all Non-Conformances reported during internal audits. The leader should come from a relevant experience back ground of heading the transaction quality for a US healthcare operations and having indepth understanding of the core operations of Medical billing, Coding, testing and Revenue cycle management  Candidate expectations:  Incumbent should come from a relevant experience back ground of heading the transaction quality/Service quality function for a US healthcare operations and having indepth understanding of the core operations of Medical billing, Coding, testing and Revenue cycle management. certification in the QMS will be of added advantage but strong domain expertise and hands experience in Transaction quality is a must
