Trans Maldivian - BA - Ground Ops

We are hiring for an airline based in Maldives.

Job Description

1. Regularly preparing reports as required by ground operations manager on various parameters, from system or otherwise, on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

2. Creating relevant dashboards as required to control the department better, updating the same time to time, for smooth functioning of department.

3. Helping corporate in annual planning cycle with providing relevant data on various parameters as requested.

4. Helping with scheduled / one-off analysis for passenger movements, staff related KPIs etc, for helping Ground Operations manager.

5. Should be able to plan for a large departments various meetings, trainings etc as per requirements of organization.

6. Should be able to understand critical linkage between cost and customer experience and able to make relevant suggestions based on solid observations.

7. Able to understand and document various processes running in department and make suggestions to make the same smoother, leaner and more customer focused.

8. Able to liaise with various inter-linked departments in high pressure situations.

9. Ability to perform a data based investigation / audit into any incident or a particular business issue.

Skills

1. Strong grasp of numbers and MS Excel.

2. Strong English communication skills.

3. Ability to work with people from multiple backgrounds and different cultures.

4. Ability to influence people backed with data.

5. The job is based in Male’, Maldives, hence candidate should be able to relocate.

Qualifications

1. Preferably MBA from a top business school in India, however other backgrounds are also welcome.

2. Logistics / Airline experience would be a plus.

3. 3+ year of work ex is preferred.
