Job description:
- Experience of International Marketing ( LV Product Sales) not in Project sales
- Candidates should have selling exposure in International Sales of Low Voltage (LV) Electrical & Switchgear products
- Must have handled clients at different International locations for Product sales
- Dealt with customers like OEMs, dealers, channel partners/merchandisers, overseas consultant etc.
Job Role:
1) Identification of the Market Potential & focus various contingent/ countries.
2) Making the business plan with the team and decide the business targets and approve with management.
3) Decide the marketing team action plan / strategy for the team depending on the region, geographical and present political situations.
4) Make the budget for planned actions.
5) Conduct the periodic review meetings with the team and identify the hurdles and problem areas.
6) Identify the competition in business and market share.
7) Making the Distributors policy and periodic review of distributors.
8) Periodic Analyses of customer satisfaction level using tools and identify the area of improvements.
9) Identify the team spirit and skill and make the team improvement plans.
11) Monitoring on Outstanding payments, Foreign regulation compliances.
12) Monitor the Quality and Logistics Issues faced by customer. Conduct the periodic audits and review meeting for improvements.
13) Develop the Marketing tools like, catalog, brouchers, hard & soft flayers, promotional schemes.
14) Conduct seminars, product & organization presentations, and advertisements in given budget limits.
15) Plan periodic travel plans for customer visits for self and for individual team members.
16) Identify the prospective exhibitions and make the participation.
17) Identify the business segments and potential for the new products in future
