Role : Training Specialist  Location : Bengaluru ( Only Bangalore candidates apply)  Reporting to : Head of Country HR  Job Purpose : To drive and coordinate training initiatives and L&D projects coming from Group HR and Unit HR and purchase country specific training and certification courses.  Eligibility : MBA - HR with 6 - 10 years of work experience in IT / ITES domain ( Recruitment experience in IT must)  Key Responsibilities :   - The Training Specialist will work closely with Managers and Employees in own country, as well as relevant peers from Group HR, Unit HR and HR Services.  - Give input to Group and Unit HR regarding specific training needs  - Schedule and organize specific Group and Business Unit training within country (project management)  - Purchase and negotiate country specific training and certification courses applicable to the Country  - Assist with the development of training content (in Group/Unit), where needed  - Respond to general training queries, and support employees and managers in various training issues  - Coordinate country specific training activities, e.g. legal and compliance courses required by local authorities as well as professional training courses  - Coordinate the Group initiatives on Learning programs and support in execution of the programs in the Unit  - Act as sparring partner for learning initiatives across the Unit  Key Functional Competencies :   - Business knowledge (General HR competency)  - Organisational matters (General HR competency)  - Project management  - Oral and written communication
