Position Title & No : Global Training Services Manager (ITC)

Reports To : Head Technical Services, India Technology Center (ITC)

Position Summary:

The Global Training Services Manager position resides within the Global Plant Technical Services Business of company Technology and based at the India Technology Center, New Delhi.

This person will be a primary point of contact for managing the training content development and subsequent delivery of plant operations training programs globally for all clients.

This person will work in close collaboration with company regional technical services teams to build strong client relationships in order to create a trusted advisor status for helping its licensees achieve safe, reliable and profitable top-tier plant operations by positioning itself as a preferred single-stop supplier of comprehensive Plant Technical Services.

Qualifications & Experience:

- A Bachelor of Engineering (preferred) degree awarded by a recognizable University.

- Overall 15+ years- experience in plant operations and providing plant engineering related services including training services for world scale process plants

- Be able to communicate effectively with graphic designers to help develop high end training tools in Power Point, Flash, Breeze or similar platforms

- Adept at developing training packages in hydrocarbon industry

- Proven client engagement and training services delivery experience for plants that employ process technologies.

- Must have strong leadership, interpersonal and communications skills; written, verbal and presentation skills

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office computer software products required and knowledge of Operator Training Simulator tools to aid training delivery preferred
