Training / OD Specialist

1. Conduct Training Needs Identification and Analysis: Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives.

2. Content Development and Design Training modules : Develop training manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts, visual materials, case studies, role plays, simulations

3. Manage end to end large Training Projects: Organizing, planning, and prioritizing Work —Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work. Make decisions and solve problems — Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.

4. Facilitate Training sessions particularly leadership development, management development, skill will development and coaching for mid level executives, senior managers and HODs.

5. Experience in designing and conducting Assessment / Development Centres

Desired Candidate Profile:

( Any Graduate -) AND (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization), 12 + years of experience in Learning and OD function.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Communicate with supervisors, peers, or subordinates and clients

2. Display initiative as the job requires a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.

3. Demonstrate dependability by being reliable, responsible, and fulfilling obligations within the desired deadlines

4. Display adaptability/flexibility by being open to change (positive or negative) and to considerable variety in the workplace.

5. Demonstrate attention to detail and thorough in completing work tasks.

6. Demostrate integrity and honesty in the work sphere as well as in relationships with internal and external customers

7. Demonstrate creativity and alternative thinking to develop new ideas for and answers to work-related problems.

8. Display stress tolerance by dealing calmly and effectively with high stress situations.

9. Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and Power point
