Training Manager - Sales Team - Insurance

- Give detailed training for sales team of the area

- Thorough understanding of Insurance vertical

- Conduct product ; sales; behavioral for sales team in the area

- Induction training for new joined employees

- Preparation of Training Calendar for mapped branches as per the training needs of Sales Team.

- Ensure Training coverage.

- Preparing & submitting MIS as required by organisation

- Minimum Work Experience - 5 to 7 yrs

Minimum Educational Qualification - Graduate

Target Companies - Any leading insurance company
