JOB PROFILE :
- To induct all new joinees in Sales in PSR, SR(D) – DSE Level & assist in induction of ASEs in Level 5 in the Perfetti Van Melle’s sales systems and processes, with a view to teach them the ideal way of operating and performing the job. The same to be achieved through the Monthly Induction Schedule. Objective being to impart structured training to all incumbents and provide one contact to the new DSE joinees in the market place.
- To train the T 59 DBSMs, OT DBSMs, PSRs, SR(D)s and DSEs in the PVM way of selling and ideal practices in sales & merchandising in the market, through a classroom session. Objective should be to ensure that proper classroom training is imparted to these sales resources along with the Training Executive and assisting the Controller – Sales in DSE and ASE Trainings.
- To support and train the earmarked Resources in Sales in SR(D) - DSE Level & provide assistance in case of existing employees in Level 5, with a view to strengthening their selling skills/ documentation work and/or helping them develop their territories better. The objective being to provide need based training to the earmarked sales resources
- To identify specific areas of improvement (in technical skills) for SR(D)`s & DSEs in the Branch in conjunction with the Area Sales Managers, Branch Sales Manager(s) and Branch Manager and address the same through training undertaken as per a pre – decided travel plan.
- To assist Controller Sales in development of various training modules at all levels.
- To drive the training impetus for the new category distribution and sales at the market place, by driving the classroom and field trainings of the various sales resources in the Branch.
- To report on a monthly basis the Training Programmes delivered and track (as far as possible) the effectiveness of the programmes in terms of real improvement in sales/ selling process/ quality of documentation etc.
- To manage a finite budget and account for the expenses and savings therein on a monthly basis and report the same to the Controller Sales and the respective Branch Manager.
- To drive the Training Impetus at the Branch with proper co ordinations with the ASMs/SMs/BSMs/BMs at the Branch : Objective being to provide need based trainings.
