Position: Training Manager-Sales Development

Reports to: Training Head

Roles & Requirements

- 3-5 Yrs of strong sales exp, must have managed sales guys or channel partners.

- 4-5 Yrs of sales training exp is must.

- Nationality – Indian only

- Excellent Comm. & Presentation skills. Must be Aggressive & Passionate.

- Analyze training and development needs and develop plans accordingly.

- Designing & Delivery of various training modules like activity based training etc.

- One to one coaching to sales people.
