Training Planning and Setup
- Understanding of training planning and readiness for sales training from base. Budget Planning and preparation of items for operation of Sales Training.
- Acumen to prepare and plan short and midterm basis for the expansion of the training facilities and operations related to Sales Training.
- Collaboration with Service Training Manager, Finance and Plant facilities team for the training set up from planning to operation for sales area.
Training Operation Sales
- Understanding of Evaluation and selection of Training Partners. Excellent understanding of Training Needs identification.
- Should have knowledge of preparation & Planning of Training Calendar for sales.
- Set up system of Training Path and Certification for Sales.
- Develop system for online training and manpower data management for dealers (Multiple user interface systems to host content and conduct Training).
- Knowledge of developing content and Training of Internal Staff. Ensure 100% Internal Staff to be trained across various functions.
Content Development and Training Aids
- Knowledge of competitive segment brands and automotive industry and acumen to understand and develop content for sales.
- To be able to guide the content team and Partners for development of content for various training stake holders in Sales.
- Reporting and Budget Management
- Set up systems for Training Reporting for dealer manpower and management.
- Monitor and control Budget for Training expenses with support of Finance. Set up systems for payment control within stipulated timelines.
- Lead and motivate the team members.
- Synergize with Service Training Team and all internal stakeholders.
Educational Qualification, experience, skills & knowledge
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering with minimum 12-15+years' experience of handling Training operations in an Auto OEM. The last 3-4 years should be Lead for Operations Training in Sales.
- Excellent spoken and written English, strong & pleasing personality, strong Training Acumen, should have handled medium sized training teams.
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), passion for Training. Relationship building and strong Dealer Manpower understanding and Interactive Skills. Business, industry knowledge on products.
- Ability to achieve outcomes with minimal direct supervision.
