- Deliver Training Program as per Learning Continuum
- Conduct Training Need Analysis
- Create Content as per requirement
- Stake holder Management and Business discussion to understand the real training need at the ground
- Facilitate Training program in partnership with vendors/partners
- Manage end to end training management including logistics, Communication, Venue, stationary etc.
- Manage Training Budget and Create Training Calendar
- Conduct Train the Trainer and Build internal talent pool
- Organize Analysis & Measurement of training
- Facilitate Talent Management - Have prior experience of Talent Management piece
Qualification Post-graduation/ MBA - HR
Work Experience - 8+ years of prior work experience in Training & Talent Management
