Job Description 1. Work with business and functional heads to identify technical and functional capability gaps, carry out skill mapping exercise for shopfloor workforce 2. Propose capability building initiative in line with identified gaps. 3. Design and implement technical and functional training programs to improve employee productivity. 4. Identify and tie up with various technical institutions for addressing capability gaps 5. Prepare and facilitate training sessions, workshops, etc. in groups or individually in technical and functional domains relevant for automotive components manufacturing sector. 6. Prepare monthly dashboards on skill metrics, coverage, etc. 7. Observe and evaluate results of training programs. 8. Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.
