Role Purpose:

In this role the JanaNayak will be responsible for delivering and reviewing various classroom & field training programmes / assessment and do troubleshooting related to processes, systems for (New small financial Bank) Bank to meet the identified competency / skill set requirements of different role holders in the bank, to the standard required by the organization. The role would be an individual contributor one.

Requirements :

7 - 8 years of Banking experience preferably Indian Private Sector Bank.

The incumbent should have held the positions of retail banking, candidates from forex, credits and insurance background will not be preferred.

At least 3 - 4 years of experience in delivering BFSI training programs.

Multiple language skills would be an added advantage.

Should possess knowledge of various banking products including digital banking.

Thorough knowledge of Compliance and Audit frameworks in bank set up.

Preferably should be placed in the age group of 35 - 40 years.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Understand the business requirements, help in identifying the training needs, aligning with business requirements and prepare an action plan.

2. Be the spoc and take up the responsibility of troubleshooting of processes and systems on the field for Jana Small Finance Bank.

3. Deliver various courses /training (Systems/Process/Induction) according to the training module developed and ensure consistent delivery and impact of the various training modules developed for both Jana Small Finance Bank as in when required.

4. Conduct courses / training at designated / scheduled geographical locations across the banks.

5. Should be a Banking SME and ensures to cascade the regular circulars coming from RBI / organisation to the bank / branches in consultation with business partners.

6. Partner with business and take up the responsibility for smooth launch of Bank branches.

7. Be able to design or source relevant content from the industry to ensure design meets business goals.

8. Contribute to internal reviews and audits when required to do so and also make JNs aware of auditing and compliance procedures in bank.

9. Prepare month wise L & OD status report.

10. Provide On-The-Job Training / Coaching to the JanaNayaks on their respective Systems/Process areas and ensure improvements of key performance metrics in their respective zone.

11. Collaborate with team and subject matter experts to implement learning solutions.

12. Effective implementation of induction/coaching programs.

13. Designing and executing the Training Calendar process.

14. To hold regular reviews with respective teams to drive effectiveness of training and coaching.

To Support in :

a. Booking of Venues for announced programs (Banquets & Accommodation)

b. Training material availability at training venues before program commencement

c. Travel arrangements

d. Sourcing, Due Diligence, Tie-ups / negotiations with Hospitality & Stationary vendors

15. Develop self, conduct field studies/research and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times.
