- This open positions requires someone who has good understanding of Capital Markets.

- The candidate will involve in doing design & development of training modules for Company (for all operations team)

- The person will involve in doing Training Need Analysis

- The candidate will be involved in preparing - New ways of training- methodology.

- He will have less involvement in class room training, rather he will be more of training designer.
