- Accountable for overseeing and improving the product and technical knowledge within the organization.
- Identifying & supervising all training requirements across different regions for retail sales force including staff induction training, product training, new product launch training, customer service training, etc.
- Ability to scan environment, ability to make proposals and recommending corrective actions relating to training content, assessment and evaluations & analyze reports.
- MBA with 8-10 years of exp in sales training & development in fmcg or personal care,
