Qualification: MBA/PGDM preferred Responsibilities: - Training Need Analysis of the organization - Measurement of Training Effectiveness / Impact Analysis - Design, Develop and Manage Training Modules Determines training requirements of the organization by studying - - Sales and Marketing strategy - OD and People Development strategy - TNA Ensure regular front line sales Training to Sales force of the region including Class Room Training On the job Training - Periodic feedback of ongoing training and Feedback analysis. - Suggest corrective actions/changes basis feedback analysis - Audit/Inspection of Sales Training and sales promotion in the region Desired Skills: - Good Communication, Presentation, Inter-personal and Leadership Skills - Proven track record of Training Programme Design, Delivery. - Knowledge of best L&D practices. - FMCG Industry experience is preferred. - Professional certification such as ISTD is preferred
