Training Manager - eCommerce

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Responsible for supporting & training the distributors in recruitment and development of sales representatives and generate sales growth.

- Train them to be an active business partner in driving organizational initiatives that focus on growing the business and KPI’s both for existing markets and new territories.

- Helping them in keeping the sales representatives motivated to sell more.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Roll out Training Modules for distributors and new recruits about the Company, Brands, Products, Sales & interpersonal skills, KPIs & business targets, remuneration structure / incentive plans etc

- Conduct Product & category training for distributors for all new products

- Responsible for supporting with literature for New Product launches – initiate innovative methods to increase brand visibility through training programs

- Ensure competency and knowledge development road-map for all new sales personnel

- Develop a monthly planner of Training activities and support the programs

- Ensure all sales trainings are led by distributors for their respective teams and delivered in line with the Company recommended formats and standards
