Job Profile  - Responsible to develop / create content with respect to delivering trainings.  - Identify Training Needs to enhance the skill sets of employees as per the organization's requirement.   - Analyze and incorporate new training methods and techniques.  - Develop and prepare educational/training aids and materials, as needed.  - Evaluate effectiveness of training courses and provide summary reports to management, determining impact of training on employee skills and corporate goals.  - Collaborate with and connect internal stakeholders and liaise with various experts regarding instruction and training planning.  - Oversee and maintain in-house training facilities and necessary training equipments.  Desired Skills:  - Graduate / Master's degree with 7 - 10 years of exp into training and should have strong working exposure into Content Development.  - Significant work experience as a trainer or Content Developer preferably in a large corporate environment / Industry.  - BPO / KPO sector is not preferred.  - Familiar with both traditional and modern job training methods, trends and techniques.  - Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.  - Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize work.
