Experience: 10+ years of work experience in contact Center Management in Training , or Service Quality, or Team management in Banking

Location: Mumbai
Job Role:
- Organize and direct a group of SMEs and content creators to provide training materials for the CEC and VRM teams.
- Design learning curriculum and online courses.
- Use digital mode to plan and carry out training interventions.
- Work together with delivery teams to ensure that the content is successfully down streamed.
- Take part in training sessions to make sure that the information is delivered in line with development.
- Create content for training modules for e-learning.
- Work together with stakeholders to create fresh, cutting-edge approaches to learning and change management.
- Work together with stakeholders to identify knowledge and skill gaps necessary for jobs and to conduct a training needs analysis.
