Job Description
- Understanding of Training Centre planning, Layout, Implementation and readiness for aftersales training.
- Understanding of Evaluation and selection of Training Partners in coordination with Sales Training Head
- Budget Planning and preparation of items for operation of a new Training centre.
- Acumen to prepare and plan short and midterm basis for the expansion of the training facilities and operations
- Collaboration with Finance, Plant facilities and Sales Training team for the training set up from planning to operation.
- Definitive understanding of setting up Training Facility for Service and Sales.
- Fair understanding of identifying Training Needs identification.
- Set up system of Training Path and Certification for Aftersales.
- Should have knowledge of preparation & Planning of Training Calendar for aftersales.
- Develop system for online training and manpower data management for dealers (Multiple user interface systems to host content and conduct Training)
- Strong knowledge of training across the various aftersales roles e.g. Service Advisors, Technicians, Service Managers, CRM's, Front office Staff, Final Inspection, Washing Teams, Technical Coordinators and Service Heads.
- Knowledge of developing content and Training of Internal Staff on basic automotive technology. Ensure 100% Internal Staff to be trained across various functions.
- Develop policy for cost and support of Training to Dealer Manpower.
- Monitor and control Budget for Training expenses with support of Finance. Set up systems for payment control within stipulated timelines.
- To Foster and develop Service Training Team including Trainers, Content Developers and Training Support Staff. Lead and motivate the team members.
- Synergize with Sales Training Team and all internal stakeholders
- Excellent spoken and written English, strong & pleasing personality, strong Training Acumen, should have handled medium sized training teams.
- Managing a team of Aftersales Trainers and Training support staff.
- Good knowledge of all functions of Training viz. Training Set up, Training Planning, Training Operations, Evaluations-Pre and Post Training.
- Excellent technical knowhow on all aspects of Automobile technology.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
