Training/Learning & Development - Manufacturing

Looking for a seasoned L&D professional having minimum of 13+ years of experience in L&D in a large manufacturing organisation.

Key responsibilities for the position holder shall be:

- Responsible for employee development, Skill enhancement, competency mapping, career development, content development and dissemination.

- Promote the culture of self motivated learning.

- Set up the culture of train the trainer.

- Should have knowledge of technology based learning tools.
