The client is one of the world's biggest names in its industry, and has product lines across F&B, personal care, home care and durables. With a global presence and a very strong sales force and distributor base in India, their L&D and training functions become one of their most important departments. They are currently looking for the Head of Training to lead the pan - India learning and development, as well as sales training for business owners and distributors.
Reporting to the Senior VP, this role would involve :
1. Leading a team of 50+ across all regions of India
2. Charting strategy and execution for a wide variety of learning solutions developed in-house
3. Being a thought leader within the organization and the industry, and implementing best practices across the sales force
4. Being responsible to support sales targets through a variety of sales-focused training modules
5. Liaising with a large team in each team who would functionally report to this role, as well as with senior management.
You should apply to this role if you :
1. Have 15+ years of experience in sales training and deployment of integrated learning solutions across a large audience
2. Have had exposure to e-learning, social, media, digital and other modes of training
3. Have led a large team before in your roles and have a good understanding of people
4. Have excellent presentation and communication skills and can hold the attention of a large audience with ease
