Position: Head Training

Responsibilities:

1) The person will be responsible for managing end to end training for an employee strength of more than 20000

2) Internal talent or people development

3) Strategic positioning of training practices across geographies

4) Drive critical capability building solutions for Functional, Technical and behavioral competencies for all staff and partner with business

5) Implement Global processes, Tools and Resources in Talent Management

Desired Candidature:

1) 15+ years of experience in imparting training.

2) Must have expertise in enabling training to more than 20,000 people

3) Excellent communicator

4) Must have handled team
